Selling Long Haul is the UK and Ireland’s leading travel trade monthly and the only UK trade magazine dedicated solely to improving agents and other travel retailers knowledge and awareness of destinations and products. The glossy monthly magazine carries several features, including destination profiles and updates on countries, regions, states or provinces, cities, etc; ‘theme’ and 'niche' holidays; industry interviews; and several pages of news designed to update retailers on new offerings from tour operators, hotels, airlines, tourism boards and other product suppliers. In addition, we also report on the various annual trade shows around the world, presenting agents and other sellers with news they can use to bolster their knowledge and commission-earnings. And to underline our commitment to agents and retailers, in each issue is our unique Talking Shop, ‘Just for Agents’ section, written specifically for travel retailers. This section includes information on offers for agents, fam trips, incentives, and a wealth of comment from the agents themselves, both on industry issues and on the trips they have taken part in that have left a special impression! There are also reviews of industry events, interviews with agents and profiles of dynamic travel agencies trying to stand out from their competitors.
